Temperature

In general, temperatures can be expressed in words. For example, the temperature rose by eight degrees.
For more precise temperatures, use numerals followed by a space, then the degree symbol and the letter C. For temperatures of less than one degree, include a zero before the decimal point. Do not use a space between a numeral and the symbol. For example, 15.6 ºC, 0.5 ºC.
