Granting student access to Connect post Course completion

If a student requests to be granted back into Connect once they have completed a Course ie graded and finished the answer is no

To further clarify, this is when a student has been closed out ie past their 60 days

Below is a direct response from Julie Healy on the 19th of May 2023:

There is certainly no requirement for an RTO to provide access to learning materials for 2 years after. The only obligation is for us (the RTO) to retain evidence of assessment for 6 months (potentially longer and up to 6 years) but that’s it from a legislative perspective. 

I agree re advice that we do not need to provide access to Connect to download (in fact questionable motions) but we would be to provide his assessment submissions. Not access. We can download and provide. They are not a current student.
