Locating Availability Information
Step by step guide on how to locate availability information relevant to logging a support request with eLearning Services.
Instructions
- Log into the SMS
- TQ HOME ROLE – Ci in the Cloud – Student Management
- Select Log on with your TAFE account if prompted
- Select TQ Reports SM as your Workplace
- Select MySimpleEnquiries on the left side and search for Availability Details and double click the result
- Report Similar to below will be presented.
- Click Advanced Grid/Criteria Customisations to personalise the search to your needs.
- Choose your options from the list or using a search eg: Key , D2L
- Checking the visible column will add the value to the data presented grid, Clicking Add in the Criteria column will add the item to the search area.
- When searching for availabilities – The Availability Key No (SMS) will be searchable in the CCT and show in the AvlKeyNo column
- To save this as a Favourite – Choose Favourites from the left side menu then Add Current Function at the bottom of the sidebar and type a name to save.
- To save your search customisations – Choose User Enquiries on the left side menu and click Save as.
- Give the search a Name and Description, ensure you click Set as default to open this as your default search when choosing this report.
