Locating Availability Information

Step by step guide on how to locate availability information relevant to logging a support request with eLearning Services.

Instructions

  1. Log into the SMS
  2. TQ HOME ROLE – Ci in the Cloud – Student Management
  3. Select Log on with your TAFE account if prompted
  4. Select TQ Reports SM as your Workplace
  5. Select MySimpleEnquiries on the left side and search for Availability Details and double click the result
  6. Report Similar to below will be presented.
  7. Click Advanced Grid/Criteria Customisations to personalise the search to your needs.
  8. Choose your options from the list or using a search eg: Key , D2L
  9. Checking the visible column will add the value to the data presented grid, Clicking Add in the Criteria column will add the item to the search area.
  10. When searching for availabilities – The Availability Key No (SMS) will be searchable in the CCT and show in the AvlKeyNo column
  11. To save this as a Favourite – Choose Favourites from the left side menu then Add Current Function at the bottom of the sidebar and type a name to save.
  12. To save your search customisations – Choose User Enquiries on the left side menu and click Save as.
      
  13. Give the search a Name and Description, ensure you click Set as default to open this as your default search when choosing this report.
