Downloading files from Clarizen

To access a file from Clarizen, it is best to download it instead of previewing it.

Instead of clicking on the file link, hover over the link until a popup appears with a download button:

 

Click "Download" and you will be prompted to save the file to a location of your choice. You can work on it as normal on your computer unit you are ready to upload it again.

 

Uploading

To upload your file back to the task, you will need to create a discussion message and attach the file to that message.
