How do I drop or unenrol from a unit?

To drop or unenroll from a unit, contact customer support.
Note: There may be a waiting period after dropping the unit for the unit to be removed from Connect.

I enrolled in the wrong unit, what do I do?

If you are enrolled in the wrong unit, contact customer support.

I enrolled in an active unit today, why don't I see it displayed in Connect when I sign in?

If you have only enrolled in the unit today, wait 24-48 hours for the unit to become available.

A unit I'm enrolled for no longer appears in my list of available units, what do I do?

If a current unit used to appear in your list of units within Connect but doesn't anymore, contact customer support and ask to be re-enrolled in the unit.
