Communicating in Clarizen
When you receive a notification email from Clarizen, you need to click on the Clarizen task title link in the email:
The grey text below the task title shows the qualification and unit code and title.
The task titles that you will be communicating in could include:
- Content Writer Communication
- Develop Assessments & Ed Docs
- Develop Content
- Initial LMA Sign Off
- Quality Reviewer - Approval/Validation
Enter your reply message into the text entry box:
And then drag your file onto the discussion box, and drop it when the box turns grey:
You will need to drag and drop each file separately to the discussion post.
If it is a large file, it may take some time to upload and while it is uploading, there will be no indication of anything happening on the screen. In this case wait until you see the successful upload message below before you click anything else or navigate away from the page:
If you need to notify more people than are included in the original message, you can click on “Notify” and type their names.
Then click “Reply” and everyone included in the message will receive an email notification. If you do not click reply your message will be lost.
If you receive another response from this discussion, remember to click on the task title link to go back to the same discussion.
It is better to reply to the specific message that you are responding to in the discussion. If you are the first person to post then you should start a new thread, otherwise reply to the specific message.
