if an image has been modified use:

123456789 / Photo Owner / stock.adobe.com, Modified by TAFE Queensland.

 

For the sake of consistency there is now a comma after the vendor link for the modified version.

PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER CHANGING ANYTHING EXISTING TO MATCH - it is irrelevant to the copyright status so is not worth any effort to change.
