Uploading TQ resources to other websites
Uploading TQ resources to other websites
When it comes to uploading TAFE QLD owned material to a third party website, you should consider the terms on the website and whether the public has access to the materials. Basically do not do anything that allows public access to TAFE QLD materials.
When uploading someone else’s material to a third party website, there are a few things to consider:
- The terms on the material itself and what they allow you to do
- The terms on the website and what you are allowed to do
- Whether you are using the material under Part VB – if so:
- The site must be password protected and access limited only to the class
- The 10% limit must be adhered to across a whole unit, so the amount must be considered together (LMS and the amount on any other websites)
- Make sure to remove/archive material from the website once it is no longer required
