The Insert Image option is available wherever the HTML Editor is present.

Edit Image Properties

1. Insert an image into an HTML editor.
2. Click on the image. A pop-up menu appears below the image.
3. Click Edit Image.
4. Make your changes to the image, then click Save

 
Note: Image changes save at the unit-level root to Manage Files or, depending on user permissions, as new file attachments to the item (e.g. Discussions) every time a change is made. Multiple edits, in turn, create multiple files. If the unit is copied, all image edits are copied as well.

Adjust Image Description and Sizing

1. In HTML Editor, upload and insert an image.
2. Click on the uploaded image.
3. Click Image options.
4. Revise image source and description as necessary.
5. After finishing edits, click Ok.
