Public videos, e.g. YouTube: check that the video has been uploaded by the copyright owner. If this is not the case it needs to be replaced or removed.
PDFs and other documents: if its available on the web link to it. If the document has been purchased, for example a journal article purchased by a teacher, we are not able to place a copy on Connect unless the licence allows it. See Electronic journals.
Third party material purchased under licence: check that the licence terms of use have been adhered to where the material has been used, and put the licence into a copyright folder with the unit.
Other 3rd party material: copies of any material provided that does not belong to TAFE must be checked for permission to use, or removed/replaced.
