Share achievements with other units

When you create an achievement, you can choose to share it with other units you teach. By default, new achievements are available to all your units, but you can also share with other achievement creators in your home org unit, or all org units.

1. Click Edit or Create.
2. If you are creating a new achievement, complete the creation fields.
3. Under Availability, do one of the following:
   • Select Make this achievement available to all of my units if you only want to share within your own units.
   • Select Make this achievement available to other achievement creators and their units if you want to share the achievement with others. You can further restrict the achievement to the unit in which it is created and its child org units.
4. Save the achievement.

Note: Achievements can also be copied between units using Import/Export/Copy Components on the Unit Admin page. When copying achievements using Import/Export/Copy Components, all associated release conditions are also copied.
