The intent of this section is to provide a space for educators to house documents related to delivery of the unit. It has conditional release so that it can only be viewed by Connect Facilitators and Educators.
The Video Recording and External Participants sub-module is added to ensure Teachers provide students with the relevant consent information if students are to undertake assessment reliant of video recording.
The Assessment Documents sub-module is where Master Product should place all master assessment tool documents such as the assessment matrix, marking guides, observation sheets, validation checklist etc. A full set of assessment tasks, on the correct TQ assessment templates, as developed for the Master Product should be uploaded here.
As a redundant failsafe the Master Unit will be released with the page and Teacher files in Draft status. The teacher share space module and discussion group has the conditional release set to “any condition must be met” to enrolled as Facilitators and Educators. The discussion group is for Facilitators to upload any teaching documents they need to store out of student view and is left blank in the Master Product.
