The Learning and Teaching Survey is available from SPOT.

By default this survey is set to ‘Draft’ and must be set to published for a student to view. An intelligent agent in the standard suite may also be enabled to alert students to the survey. The release condition for the Survey reminder is set to the release of the final unit grade by default.
