To request permission to use third party resources, you will need to use the TQ Copyright Permission Request form.
Go to the Intellectual Property page on SPOT, and click on the "Forms" tab. The top link is the TQ Copyright Permission Request form for external third parties and the bottom form is for people requesting the use of TQ resources.
You will only need to use the TQ Copyright Permission Request form:
