Hi All,
Please find attached the latest version (2.9.4) of the Course Creation Tool. I’ve zipped up all of the files that you need, so:
Download the zip attached
Extract the zip to the folder where your previous version is saved
Overwrite ALL files with what is in the zip.
What’s New!
Nothing new with the release this time around just the same great tool with some bug fixes. 😊
Bug Fixes!
An issue with new Intake Periods not being automatically created has been resolved. The CCT now automatically creates any new required Intake Periods.

Hi All,
Please find attached the latest version (2.9.3) of the Course Creation Tool. I’ve zipped up all of the files that you need, so:
Download the zip attached
Extract the zip to the folder where your previous version is saved
Overwrite ALL files with what is in the zip.
Important!
Before you begin creating and mapping units with this new version, please be aware that the inclusion of additional columns within the Course Offerings have been applied in this build.
As a result any exported CSVs from version 2.7 of the Course Creation Tool will be rejected. Whilst you may still use CSVs from version 2.8, we strongly recommend users to export a new CSV file from the new 2.9 build to work with.
This approach should be adopted to with each iteration of the Course Creation Tool to avoid any pesky data issues that may occur as a result of old CSV files and data.
What’s New!
An additional check has been added to the CSV import process. Now when you import a CSV the Course Creation Tool will check if the ID of the record exists.
If it does not exist, the user will be presented with the following message: “The record ID ____ does not exist in this environment and cannot be updated”
Whilst not a new feature of the Course Creation Tool, we’ve added release notes to our Course Creation Tool support documentation found here.
We felt this was good way to capture any features or bug fixes introduced in the previous builds and going forward will form part of our support guides.

The Course Creation Tool now correctly accepts mapping/s that have been modified in a spreadsheet.
