If TAFE QLD is producing media that people can be seen in, each person must fill out one of these forms. There are 2 versions of the form: - The general consent provides the right for the individual to withdraw their consent in the future by notice to us.
- The Campaign Talent version excludes this as we cannot allow this where we have engaged someone for the purposes of a campaign. There may be other instances outside of campaigns where the “campaign” version would be more appropriate for use and this is absolutely fine.
